Phillip Lockhart

Current Practice:

I make primarily autonomous aesthetic objects derived from mathematical patterns that abound around us daily.

My work is informed by the notion of a hidden, more fundamental, layer of reality and its manifestation as our illusory (holographic) universe.  Interestingly, perhaps even surprisingly, this idea is put forward by both mystics and physicists.
